”jaide’s Portal” or “the Portal”: a software solution that enables on the one side patients to fill tailor-made intake forms, upload test results and interact to provide comprehensive and structured information to doctors and health care professionals - for the sole purpose of providing adequate medical treatment and recommendations. It enables on the other side doctors and health care professionals to get summary, automatic Medical Report, and clinical recommendations based on latest institutional standards to ease documentation and provide best possible care to patients.
Your right to access and use the Website is subject at all times to these Terms and is solely for your personal use.With respect to our Website or the Website Materials, you won’t:
- use or interfere with the Website in a way that negatively affects others or our ability to provide the Website or Website Materials;
- use our Website or Website Materials for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- use any technology or other means not authorized by us to access our Website or Website Materials, or to extract data;extract, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, all or part of the information or content present on the Website;

You must keep your account information confidential at any time. jaide reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
Intellectual property:
As you access the jaide’s portal, you will be exposed to jaide’s technology (that is, the software, code, proprietary methods and systems used to provide the services and other jaide hardware and software products) owned by us under US, EU and international intellectual property laws (“Technology”).
You must abide by all legal notices, information, or restrictions contained in, or attached to, any of jaide’s Technology. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to receive jaide’s Technology or to obtain access to jaide’s Technology except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Portal, according to the Terms.
The names, logos, and other business identifiers displayed on the Portal constitute trademarks, trade names, service marks or logos (“Marks”) of jaide or other entities. You are not authorized to use any Marks. Ownership of all such Marks and the goodwill associated with those Marks remain with jaide or those other entities.
jaide will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site or from any information, content, materials, or services provided through the Site. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

These Terms and your use of the Portal will be governed by French law, without giving effect to any choice of laws principles that would require the application of the laws of a different country. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the courts located within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal, France and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of these Terms.
You agree you will comply with all applicable laws in connection with your access to and use of the Portal. These Terms are personal to you, and you may not assign or delegate your rights and/or duties under these Terms to anyone else and any attempted assignment or delegation is void. These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture or other similar relationship. You acknowledge that jaide has the right to seek an injunction, if necessary, to stop or prevent a breach of your obligations under these Terms. jaide’s delay or failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
No waiver by jaide will have effect unless such waiver is in writing, and signed by jaide. No waiver of any breach or default in one instance will constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms to be unenforceable, the provision of these Terms will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jaide with regard to the matters described in these Terms.
